You are always buying directly from us and selling directly to one of our many retail partners located all over the United States. ECardExchange buys our gift cards directly from our partner retailers, verifies the authenticity and balance of each gift card, and holds on to them until a buyer is found. Even though we may never find a buyer for a given gift card, we pay sellers within 24 hours of receiving their gift card.

How long does it take to receive my gift cards after I order them?

We ship all of our physical gift cards through USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at most locations. If you order any electronic gift cards, we'll email them to you within 1 business day.

Do these gift cards ever expire or have any associated fees?

No, to provide the best customer experience we've decided to only sell gift cards with no fees and no expiration.

Do you charge sales tax or shipping?

No, we do not charge sales tax and shipping is free. The price that you see is the price that you get! 

How do I sell my gift cards?

Simply head over to our SELL GIFT CARDS section to get started. Enter the card type and value you have. If you accept our offer price then please select (Find Exchange Locations). A ticket will be created and you can choose which retailer partner you wish to do the exchange. The retailer will pay you CASH on the spot of receiving your gift cards.

How many local retail locations do you have?

Do you accept store credit?

Yes, you can get cashback for merchandise credit provided that the credit is in the form of a plastic card and never expires. Just treat the store credit card as a gift card when selling your gift cards.
